30-Hour Tennessee Course For New Affiliates
This course provides the 30 hours of instruction required of all applicants for an affiliate broker’s license in Tennessee.
The course provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful affiliate broker in Tennessee. Topics include listings, agency, contracts, fair housing, antitrust, risk reduction, Tennessee Real Estate Commission’s laws, residential and commercial property management, ethics, etiquette, and finance.

Tennessee State Requirement Details for Real Estate Affiliate Broker Pre-Licensing Education
Hours Required by the State: 90 hours
- 60 Hour Principles of Real Estate
- 30 Hour Course for New Affiliates
Pre-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 70% and may be taken as many times as necessary.
